  1. Vanilla coffee shake: This is basically a breakfast protein shake, and should be perfect for people that enjoy the taste of coffee without the harmful effects of caffeine. Well, all that you need is 2 spoons protein powder, ½ cup of low-fat milk and half a cup of coffee flavored ice cream. Put them in the blender and mix until you find a uniform, homogeneous mixture in front of you.   2. Oatmeal shakes (peppermint): For those of you that like peppermint, this is the perfect protein shake for you. Add 2 spoons of protein (preferably chocolate flavored), 1 cup of vanilla ice cream, 1 cup of oatmeal, 2 cups of milk and half a cup of water. For taste, add half a tablespoon of peppermint extract. Mix all the ingredients, and then drink up. The peppermint will be able to kick start your day with a very small taste lingering on your tongue.
  3. Almond shake: I recommend drinking this shake after an intense workout. It is a bit heavy and can definitely fill up your stomach till the evening. So, you can easily skip lunch if you find yourself full with this protein shake. The ingredients consist of 2 spoons of your favorite protein powder, coupled with 2 cups of milk. You have to add half a cup of raisins and at least 12 almonds to the mixture. For a more fulfilling taste, you can also add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and half a cup of dry oatmeal. Mix everything and enjoy this delicious almond shake.
